All equipment to be operated on the club layouts must conform to club standards and be inspected by a member of the Standards Committee

R.R. Car Standards Specifications

1. Wheels and Trucks
a) Must swivel freely
b) Wheels must be in gauge
c) Must roll freely down a 1.5% grade

2. Weight - All rolling stock, with the exception of Well Cars, Roadrailers, Flat Cars,
Passenger Cars and Spine Cars, must weigh at least the "Min Weight" as listed below.

3. Couplers -
> Must have Kadee or other Knuckle compatible coupler.
> Must move freely, center properly, and have a self-closing knuckle.
> Must be at correct height (knuckle and trip pin)
4. All members are encouraged to mark their equipment with their assigned color.
